Here we have answered the most common customer questions about ordering, label types, the printing process and delivery. If your question is not here, we are happy to answer it via Ask

info@dwallpack.com

1. What types of labels do you print?

We have three main categories of labels:

Standard: Printed on PP material with matte or glossy varnish coating (economical and durable for everyday use).

Premium: Printed on PP with glossy or matte protective film lamination (high resistance to water, oil and abrasion - suitable for luxury products).

Luxury Metallic: With metallic effect (simulated gold / silver) and possibility of Hot Foil Stamping for a very attractive and premium look

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

3. What format should the design file be in?

The best format is PDF with high resolution (at least 300 dpi) and CMYK mode. Please bleed the file (bleed 3–5 mm) and outline the fonts (convert to vector) to avoid problems with printing. If the file is not ready, you can also use our design services

4. How long does it take for the labels to be prepared and delivered?

After file approval and payment: Usually 5–10 business days (depending on the print run and label type).
For urgent or smaller orders, we also have faster options (with prior notice). Exact times will be stated in the price inquiry
